Sebagai bagian dari masyarakat, Alfamart berupaya dan berkomitmen untuk memberikan manfaat yang sebanyak mungkin bagi masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar. Pendekatan program-program kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi aspek community development. Selain itu Alfamart juga mengajak masyarakat untuk ikut terlibat dalam pengembangan sosial kemasyarakatan melalui Program Donasi. Dalam menjalankan program, Alfamart bekerjasama dengan lembaga-lembaga yang terpercaya dan berpengalaman guna mendukung pelaksanaan program.

As part of the community, Alfamart committed to provide more value for the society. Program activities carried out include of community service and community development. Alfamart also took the role of the community to get involved in social development through Donation Program. In running the program, Alfamart in cooperation with the reliable and experienced institutions in order to support the implementation

 

Pengembangan Masyarakat / Community Development

1. Program Outlet Binaan Alfamart / Outlet Binaan Alfamart Program

Alfamart memberdayakan pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) khususnya pedagang warung tradisional melalui program Outlet Binaan Alfamart (OBA). Pedagang akan memperoleh pasokan barang dengan harga spesial, pendampingan, pelatihan manajemen ritel modern, hingga renovasi warung. Program OBA saat ini telah diaplikasikan di berbagai kota yang tersebar di Pulau Jawa, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali, dan Lombok. Hingga September 2015, jumlah anggota OBA yang aktif mencapai 57.197 pedagang serta 555 warung telah direnovasi. Melalui Program Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kecil tersebut, perusahaan meraih berbagai penghargaan diantaraya kategori The Best in Social Marketing di ajang Marketing Award 2015 dari Majalah Marketing Jakarta (11/9/2015), Nusantara CSR Award 2015 dari The La Tofi School of CSR, Yogyakarta, (7/10/2015). Perusahaan juga didaulat menjadi Pemenang terbaik Program PR Inspirasional di ajang The 4th Indonesia Public Relations Awards and Summit (IPRAS) 2015 yang digelar SPS di Jakarta (27/10/15).

Alfamart empower the micro small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in particular traditional traders through Outlet Binaan Alfamart Program (OBA). Traders will get a supply of goods at a special price, mentoring, training of modern retail management, until the renovation stalls. OBA program today has been applied in various cities in Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali and Lombok. Until September 2015, the number of active members OBA reached 57,197 merchants and 555 stalls have been renovated. Through empowerment traditional traders program, the company won numerous awards among The Best in Social Marketing category in Marketing Award 2015 competition from Marketing Magazine Jakarta (11/09/2015), Nusantara CSR Award 2015 from The La Tofi School of CSR, Yogyakarta, (07/10/2015). The Company has also been named the best winner as Inspirational PR Program in The 4th Indonesia Public Relations Awards and Summit (IPRAS) SPS 2015 competition, which was held in Jakarta (10/27/15).

                                                                                                                                               

2. Program Alfamart Class / Alfamart Class Program

Di bidang pendidikan, perusahaan mengimplementasikan kurikulum ritel Alfamart Class yang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan SMK serta menyelaraskan kompetensi lulusan SMK dengan kebutuhan tenaga kerja di industri ritel khususnya. Selain menyusun materi pendidikan ritel serta memberi pelatihan kepada tenaga pendidiknya, Alfamart juga menghibahkan Laboratorium Business Center (Laboratorium Ritel) sebagai media praktik belajar siswa di sekolah. Hingga kini, Pendidikan Ritel Alfamart Class telah diimplementasikan di lebih dari 100 SMK yang tersebar di 40 wilayah di Indonesia.

In education sector, the company implements retail Alfamart Class curriculum which aims to improve and fit the vocational graduates competencies align with the needs in the retail industry. In addition to preparing educational materials and providing training to the retail of the teachers, Alfamart also donated Laboratory Business Center (Laboratory Retail) as a medium of learning practices of students in the school. Until now, Alfamart Retail Education Class has been implemented in more than 100 vocational spread across 40 regions in Indonesia.
